Job Profile
- Person should be Any Graduate with minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in Calibration/ TNI/ Audits/ Quality Sessions/ Shadowing/ Live Barging.
- Should have ability of listening, writing and speaking effectively.
- Good Knowledge of Description of - Parameters / Weightage/Legend
- Planning Refresher Batches/Fast Track Training Calendar
- Good Skills of presentation and reporting
- Giving feedback on a regular basis and conduct meetings with the operations, to bridge the gaps in the process
- Publishing monthly/ weekly Dashboards to the Operations
- Effective skills on sharing feedbacks/ZTPs
- Conducting Special Trainings for process improvement
